Please note that we are shipping all Canadian orders via UPS or CanPar to ensure your holiday gifts arrive on time. We strongly suggest providing a street address and not a PO box, as these carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Promotions

Offers apply to anyone in the U.S. and Canada. For international orders, shipping costs are not eligible for promotions—regular priority shipping rates will apply. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for ways to improve your experience, including better shipping options. Thanks for your patience and for helping us make a difference!

Shipping Methods and Cost

Good news—we’re now offering international shipping. This means there are some updates to our shipping policy.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from ME to WE and the destination of your order, shipping costs will vary. Costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination, and you’ll be able to see the final cost before your order is completed.

All orders are shipped standard via ground delivery. If your item is in stock, it will take 72 hours to process and ship out of our shop—then 5-7 business days to arrive! Shipping times may vary by delivery location. Want to expedite your order? Please be sure to purchase express shipping. Orders shipped via express shipping are generally delivered within 3-4 business days.

Once your order is processed, we’ll send an email with tracking information so you can see your order’s status online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It may take a few hours for the tracking number to appear in the system, so check back if it’s not there right away!

International orders are exciting, and we want to make sure you have the best experience—so there are a few things to pay attention to, below:

  • Duties are not included in the final price of your item. These will need to be paid when you receive your package
  • We are currently not able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If your product is damaged, please contact us for next steps

Rules and Restrictions

All our orders are shipped from Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays within Canada and the United States.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes, Post Office address, Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canadian territories or a Military APO/FPO address may only be shipped via Canada Post and cannot be expedited.

Canadian orders that select economy shipping will not include the tracking information/number for their order.

All expedited orders require a street address in order to be processed.

Some remote locations will require an additional 2-5 days for delivery, for all shipping methods.
